Here at CommLyncx we are specialists in Housing Management, providing individuals with a place to live and assistance to move forward within their lives by offering an intense Housing Management package. We provide a menu of choice, and a comprehensive range of services to meet the needs of the individuals in our society.

We provide shared accommodation to individuals who have an element of need for a service to help them with the skills to manage and sustain their accommodation through intense Housing Management. The service will be to provide individuals on a needs basis who have been referred by the local authority or other local housing providers/agencies. The length of stay will depend on the need of the person but ultimately a stay of up to 2 years with a goal to move on to independent living.

Each client will have a service level induction and will be issued with an excluded licence agreement to live in the accommodation and accept the additional service of an Intense Housing Management package which will be delivered to the tenant on an individual basis and delivered through a management plan based on the need of the client. The plan will be an equal agreement between provider and client. At each weekly session, the plan will act as a guide for improvement and progress and how we will look at all elements around sustaining a tenancy from having the correct benefits in place, ensuring rents are paid and maintained, respecting neighbours, working together to ensure the house is maintained to a good standard and all importantly abiding by the license agreement which will be discussed at the beginning of the sign up.

The basis of the package will support sustainability to maintain a tenancy and look at the different elements to enhance people’s lives and future move on, looking at bridging the gap from living in a shared environment to affordable accommodation in the future.
